The purpose of this study is to describe the foods and beverages purchased by SNAP households, by using the most current data available.

This is a revision of the information collection under the burden number 0584-0293. This ICR will renew the previous collections associated with 0584-0293 and implement the two revised and seven new collections associated with the Food Distribution Programs: Improving Access and Parity final rule.

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Child Care Providers study has four parts that build upon one another to give us varied information about child care provider participation in the program.

This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This is a revision of a currently approved collection. 

We are proposing to introduce an update to the Privacy Act system of records, USDA/FNS-5, “Information on Persons Disqualified from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program,” which is retitled to “USDA/FNA-5, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program—Information on Persons Disqualified from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and on Households in the Quality Control Universe.”

We propose to rescind the System of Records, currently titled USDA/FNS-7, “Quality Control Subsample of Nonassistance Households Participating in the Food Stamp Program- USDA/FNS” published Sept.30, 1977.
