Ingredients
- 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can chilis, chopped (4 ounces)
- 16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 10 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine cheese, chilis, and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
- Add flour, butter, and eggs to cheese and chilis mixture. Pour into 9x13 (3 quart) baking dish or round pans.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
